She was called into the ministry to pastor in 1990. She was ordained to the Apostleship in April, 1997. Dr. Belle currently holds an Associate in Christian Studies and a Bachelor in Church Ministry from the Sure Foundation Theological Institute. Her most current accomplishment is a Doctorial Degree of Arts from Ashwood University. Dr. Belle is the Senior Overseer and Founder of Rhema International Outreach Ministries in Macon, Georgia. Dr. Irene Belle is the proud wife of Chief Elder Lamar Belle, and the mother of four lovely children, two step-children proudly, and 18 wonderful grandchildren. Her wisdom and knowledge has been a blessing to her family and the many people she has embraced throughout many cities and states. Together Chief Elder Lamar and Dr. Irene Belle have committed to take Gods word to a hurting and lost generation. Chief Elder Lamar and Dr. Irene Belle are the CEO of Nana’s Creation and Youth Services, Nana’s House, Multipurpose Business Services Center and their Destiny is to empower into God’s people, purpose, praise, and power. Their walk with God is to continue to be compassion for God’s people and be diligent in God’s assignment. Her intellectual, scripture approach and her intense oratorical style, stimulates the intellect of people on all levels of life. Many hail her method as being practical, yet powerful, while penetrating the hardest of hearts, captivating the attention of the restless and convincing the confused that God Is Able to Save Anybody, and The Devil Knows It.
