About Me

I have been entertaining young and old since I first discovered that it was funny to pretend to walk into a door. I started my career as a double-jointed-fire-eating juggler who solved complex math problems using an abacus until I realized that there wasn’t anything about math that was funny or interesting. Having always had an unhealthy interest in magic and been given the name Magic Brian, it was only natural for me to pursue it as a career. So, I began performing magic with a partner as Abra and Cadabra at the tender age of 15. After six years of kid’s parties I decided to venture out with my solo career catering more to adults. I quickly realized that it was much more fun to eat razor blades instead of pulling colored scarves out of a bag for Johnny Smartypants on his 10th birthday. My unique brand of magic has made many people laugh and more people wonder. I have performed in clubs, theaters, and streets all over the world bringing my brand of entertainment to people in 11 countries. I have long since given up on having a "normal" job, (among those being the mascot for a professional minor league baseball team to working production at VH1) to pursue magic full-time and spend more time fulfilling my goal of making cinnamon the official state spice of New York.

My Interests

I have always had a very unhealthy interest in monkeys and thngs that represent monkeys. But you know what? They're funny so that's OK. I also like beer, meat, and puppies.

I'd like to meet:

You! At this show:

Music:

I love listening to my good friend Corn Mo and my buddy Mackin. They rock. I also like all kinds of other crap. RUN DMC, Spike Jones, Rockabilly, The Hangdogs, Green Day, old timey stuff, I could go on and on but I don't feel like you'll read that much of this so why bother?

Television:

Oh man do I like TV! Yes indeedie. All kinds of TV, good and bad. Sometimes I just sit in front of the thing and flip through the channels over and over just to see the moving pictures go by. Some of my favorite shows, however, are no longer on, like Happy Days and Laverne and Shirley and the Honeymooners. Luckily they make DVD's now. But it's just not the same.

Books:

Reading is FUN! It's like a having a TV in your head. You read the words then make up the pictures for yourself. Plus, its easier to carry around and you don't need electricity.

My Blog

Is anyone reading this?

So, I’ve never blogged before but I have some free time at the moment so I thought I’d give it a go. I’m guessing there is someway of letting me know if anyone out there is actually ...
