A former member of The Royal Ballet Australia (RAD) for more than 19 years
Guided through by Dame Margot Fonteyn, Kathleen Gorham, Martin Rubinstein, and the occasional visit by Rudolf Nureyev! I feel incredibly blessed to know them as I do.
Journeys have taken me to India, Kashmir, The Great Barrier Reef and the amazing Australian Outback. Music/Dance/ Event Promotions & medic on board the Roylen Endeavour (cruise ship). Medic/Crew on board the MV Queen of the Isles, living out at sea 5 days a week... Reaching beyond these journeys, I see Italy, Bhutan, Spain, Canada..
At present I am developing a progam for Dance as a therapeutic treatment in my current practice...(Mental Health /Psychiatry), sharing techniques in choreography, community building, and constructive human interaction..tending toward empathetic mirroring. My hope is to give meaning, purpose, spiritual rejuvenation & connectivity to those persons sometimes lost in a time of confusion.
I am married to an incredible Musician/Guitarist, Writer... Just love
In admiration and affection to my family
My mother... an orphan who not only introduced me to the incredible world of Dance but also to Music... at three, my mother taught me the importance of listening closely to the sounds of Nature,.. To feel my authentic self. Along the way my mother also introduced me to the incredible sounds of Miles Davis together with Herbie Hancock, Marcus Miller and other unique, legendary Jazz artists... Moving through these unforgettable dance & musicl experiences I have discovered that... Age passes to youth passes to age the secrets of Art.
'Great artists are people who find the way to be themselves in their art.'
