I'm a country-bred, city-dwelling cynic. I miss the peace and the solitude, but not the cows. I enjoy watching the colorful parade of insanity that shambles by outside my office every day. But, I'd rather go home and read a book.I love vintage pin-ups and burlesque. I miss the days when sex was classy and a little mysterious. So, I do what I can to keep my inner pin-up alive.I'm also a slightly crazed and doting pet mom. My two dogs Basie (the good one) and Ella (the BAD one) are my pride and joy. And constant comic relief. :)To me, life is all about independence, freedom of expression, passion, love, laughter and being true to yourself.Some things in life are truly worth fighting for. Reading. Singing. Pin-up modeling and burlesque. Watching the freaks that wander past my office window. Counting chicken bones and crack vials on the sidewalks of Baltimore. Reading poorly written Harlequin romance novels from the 60's. Watching bad b-flicks and Russ Meyers films- the ultimate source for real naked breasts in cinema. Looking at cute pin-ups. Buying Fluevogs. Swing dancing. Collecting interesting pens. Hanging out with my fabulous friends!
