Welcome to my world!

About Me

Hi there! I'm a solo rock and roll guy from Baltimore, Maryland, USA! I'm essentially a 'blue collar' musician; that is to say, I perform lots of shows in bars and clubs, playing lots of covers as well as a few of my original tunes from my two albums.
I'm a rock and roll troubadour, for lack of a better term. The joy of performing is in the playing of music, so why settle for a 20 minute showcase when you can play for three hours? I do occasionally do showcases and such, where I play all my own stuff, too!
I've been gigging in the Mid-Atlantic music scene for about 18 years now, 5 of which were as a full-time solo guy (1997-2002). I have two albums out:
Simple But Effective (2007)
True Stories, Total Fabrications (1999)
I am also involved in several annual musical events here in Baltimucho: HonFest and The Baltimore Music Conference. In addition, I am working to ressurrect a benefit concert series that has been on hiatus for two years, The Passing The Torch Concert Series.

No pain...

No pain, no gain, right?  I'd opt for no pain, thanks.  After a brief hiatus (of about a month) I'm back to working out at the on-campus fitness center.  Working with a new student trai...

Changes to the website

I changed up the page, as you may have noticed.  New colors, new fonts, etc.  I'm still fond of the dark green background, though. I also changed out one of the FAWM.org demos.  The new...

Sleep deprivation, Day Two

Just came off of the second day of Midnight to 9 am-ish work.  I'm in that zone, now at 11:40 am, of not being able to sleep, though I get moments of giddy wooziness, and there's that nifty hazy ...

Anxiety

In less than 4 days I’m running a 5k race through the downtown streets of my beloved Baltimore. The Kelly’s St. Patrick’s 5k, to be exact. I am anxious about this more than ever befo...

SORRY FOR ALL THE BULLETINS!

MySpace's bulletin-thingy glitched today. I kept trying to send out bulletins, to no avail. Now I find out that sometime this afternoon, ALL the bulletins went out back-to-back.  Sorry about the ...
