THE STONYS are the HIGH TIMES Movie and Television Awards. The trophies given out are functional bongs. This is the 7th year we have held the awards, but his is the first year the show is being held in Hollywood (all previous shows wer in New York City). This year, THE STONYS are being held as part of the NORML Conference, and the proceeds from ticket sales will go to NORML to help in the fight to legalize marijuana. The show will be held at the Knitting Factory on Saturday, October 13th, and will be hosted by stoner icon TOMMY CHONG . Green carpet arrivals hosted by HT columnist BOBBY BLACK .
