I have done some smart things and some dumb things but I figure if I can get thru this life without seriously harming any living being and can leave something positive behind I have done an o.k. job and the Great Spirit in the cosmos won’t have me do it all over again .I have a relatively open mind, believe in tolerance up to a certain point, peace and The Spirit of Tao, but I do seem to noticed that life is full of existential angst. Things I think about every day are my daughter, my dogs, fishes, birds; a past loved one, nature, my art williamcain.com . Then what ever else follows. We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts we make the world. Speak or act with an impure mind and trouble will follow you
