I've been struggling with severe CFIDS and Fibromyalgia for at least 15 years. I have now managed to accumulate a diagnosed list of illnesses, mostly arthritic, chronic pain disease and autoimmune diseases. This is a list of all my diagnosis's:

Lymphocytes, Incontinence.
My struggle or is it a battle is getting harder day by day to the stage that my Doctor is worried that if I don't get more mobile very soon it's going to be a major problem.
(Update 16th April, 2007)
I have been told that I am dying and that if I don't get the life saving lap band surgery it will be sooner rather than later. It's because of complications with all of my diagnosis's and the obesity exagerating the complications, like the high BP, diabetes and infections.
I'm showing signs of losing my walking abilities, even with my walker and pain keeps me in bed in a set position causing muscle wastage and risking pneumonia and consequently death. My morphine dose has just been increased to try to get me pain free and more mobile. I have a support group (only small but been going for years now) if anybody would like to join us. We share all our lives not just the bad. We celebrate the good and love to laugh. You can find us at http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/SupportandFriendshipfor All/ My symptoms include:
Pain, joint and muscle pain, skeletor pain, shakes, disturbed vision, headaches, muscle spasms, fatigue, insomnia, muscle wasting, muscle weakness, ringing in ears, itchy skin and scalp, infected boils everywhere, uncoordinated, speech problems, numbness in face hands and feet, discoloured feet and lower legs, BP up high and down low, Constant low grade fever, sweats both hot and cold, Heat sensitive, Noise sensitive, Light sensitive, Bladder and bowel problems, Unable to comprehend simple instructions, balance problems leading to bouncing off walls, weight gain, fluid retention, CRS syndrome, swollen hands and sausage fingers, swollen ankles and knees, wide awake episodes like Epileptic seizures, losing walking skills hand and arm use. Torn ligament in Right Ankle, Heart palpitations. Difficulty Breathing, Hair loss.
A Poem that tells how I feel.
If You Could Walk a Day in my Shoes
If you could walk a day in my shoes, what would you say and what would you do The pain is so bad you just want to die when it happens to you, you always wonder why The pain rips through your body down to the bone your friends disappear and they don't answer the phone Headaches, fatigue, and fibrofog to just name a few just some of the things we have to go through Depression finds you no matter where, no matter when you can wake up feeling fine then it all starts again You try to act normal to cover up the pain people look at you and say but you look okay If you could walk a day in my shoes would you now have compassion for what we go through,
