With every week spent in the studio and weekends spent at the club night Urban Gorilla, his sound started to take shape. The result is a sound, which fuses together Techno, rock, electro and anything that may lay inbetween.
2005 saw the release of 10 Rapid's debut single, "New Kicks / Rocsta" on Carepack Records, this grabbed the attention of many people in the breaks scene including Koma & Bones who after hearing 10 Rapid's second release, "Dizzee Rapid - Stand Up Tall" got in contact and started snapping up future releases for their label Burrito.
Koma & Bones were not the only ones taking notice. In May 2006. 10 Rapid won a Marine Parade remix competition being held on Beatort. The winning mix of Stone Lions "Snow Over Arizona" gained huge support from Adam Freeland and was released on Marine Parade.
For his debut on Burrito 10 Rapid pulled out Daylight, a mad electro breaks track which gained support from the likes of Plump Dj's, Koma and Bones, James Zabelia, Meat Katie, Evil Nine, Stone Lions and Eddy Temple-Morris on XFM.
since then 10 Rapid's sound has grown stronger and more varied picking up wide acclaim from dj's and producers such as Medicine 8 and jagz Kooner. With more releases lined up for Burrito, Neon Wax and Lot 49 10 Rapid is now making waves through the dance scene.Wanting to keep things as fresh in a club as in the studio, 10 Rapid is using Ableton Live to dj with. His sets includes lots of his own live edits and remixes. He is recieving huge support from his online mixsets.
