"Hooked On Comics" is a program provided by Fantastic Action Comics of Chula Vista, California. "Hooked On Comics" provides free art lessons and supplies to kids, teens, and adults! This is a new era for graphic literature; a new golden age of comics! With a growing influence over movies, TV, and throughout the internet, there is a new surge of creative talent, challenging previous limits of where we can go and what we can do! Sadly, funding is lacking in too many communities to encourage even more passionate, driven people to become more than they are now, to share their artistic visions with the world! The time for change is here and now: welcome to the new age of Heroes!
