Vince Wiley is a self taught musician who grew up in the South Suburbs of the Chicagoland area. His musical skills began at a small Church in Chicago Heights, IL at the age of 10 .He began His musical journey playing drums behind His older brother Victor and for five years He was convinced that the drums would be His main instrument, until one day He heard a tune in His head and walked over to the piano and began to play the melody. Instantly He began to form a passion for the piano and began playing for His Church.After playing for about two years, He was introduced to a phenominal young musician by the name of Kevin Randolf who introduced Him to the fine art of Jazz. He began to listen to Chick Corea, Miles Davis, George Duke, and Joe Sample, but His way of thinking changed when He was introduced to Art Tatum and Oscar Peterson.As of today, Vince Wiley has played for numerous Events, Recordings, Seminars, Conferences, Churches, Choirs, Groups and Artist. He has traveled around the United States and different parts of the World doing what He loves to do. He has shared the stage with some of the top artist in the Music Industry. Daily He tries to better Himself and His craft by practicing long hours and learning new techniques.Currently Vince Wiley is one the premier music producers in the Chicago land area.
