About Me

I'm a nomadic spirit, inspired by wild performance art, heartfelt music, fierce but gentle-hearted people who walk their talk and try to change the world... Love song, singing, humming, chanting, harmonizing, improvising, uninhibited rhythm. Love theatre, crazy, mind-blowing, original, conventional, puppets, masks, acrobatics, circus, dream-time, story telling. Have a little boy, who is an angel. lucky me. We came back in August from a 6 month stint around NZ, Singapore, Thailand and OZ. Had a truely amazing time and met some incredibly inspiring people.I'm into spiritual stuff, but am pretty grounded. Wanting to create alot: music, theatre, projects that inspire and help the earth and the ones who walk on her. I have just set up an inprovisational theatre group running in Cambridge, to explore performance within the freedom of a supportive space.I'm also an experienced body worker, a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist with an open mind. My travels through the vast, magical land of India brought me to meet some very inspirational peoples: Artists, Nuns, musicians, Tibetian Dream Masters, clairvoyants and healers. Through these blessed meetings i have developed a great respect for the body (mind, spirit, physical and emotional.) I also practice Reiki, Shiatzu, and Myofascial release. What i am really interested in, is incorporating what i know about the body into working with my passion for theatre, performance, voice and music....Any Ideas?....
