LOMF
A pseudo-acronym (or empty acronym) is an apparent acronym or other abbreviation which doesn't stand for anything, or cannot be officially expanded to some meaning. An orphan acronym is a pseudo-acronym that was once a true acronym or initialism.Pseudo-initialisms are not pronounced as words.
We have initials with no meaning, sometimes pronounced, sometimes said as letters. Spell it out for us. What does it stand for? You tell us.

Move away from the
limitations that Most Music are bound by. LOMF is like nothing else you've
encountered. Free jazz, fusion, experimental, avant-garde, progressive/progressive
metal, heavy metal, sludge, noise, grunge, art-rock, math rock, alternative
rock/alternative metal, psychedelic, drunken, sci-fi, and thrashing are
a few of the things LOMF has been called. LOMF is a totally original brand
of music, not content to sit in any one category. Unique Musicianship
is the root of all solutions that pose the listeners problems. Jon Brody
impresses with powerfully complicated drumbeats, played in timings few
would attempt. His splicing of complex structures with intricate rolls
are capable of hypnotism. Meanwhile in the laboratory of Odie Lallo, Twisted
heavy psychedelic riffs are flowing from his effects pedals, sounding
like a maniacal science experiment of tones. An unconventional bass playing
style may amaze or confuse, but Combined with Brody, makes up the body
of a monster. Now complete with Ryan Lynch's mischievous laptop, creating
an unorthodox presence of sounds, samples, and textures to complement
the rhythmical choppiness and brain twisting zigzagedness. Like a bolt
of lightning, he raises this monster to feed on the minds of an unsuspecting
audience. An instrumental band formed by Jon and Odie in 2002, We have
been playing shows around the tri-state area for 3 years on December 10th.
We have been through many transformations in that short. Twisting the
brains of listeners at all points as we move forward in our non directional
path. Never the less, The best way to describe LOMF is not with words,
only sounds. (other contributing musicians: Justin Smith - guitar, Wayne
Adamkowski - guitar, Brett Zwiedog- guitar)
NEW SONGS ARE IN THE WORKS
We have written an entire new set of music. No old material. At the moment we are in the process of recording it. Soon our music on our page will change to reveal a new face (Likely treated with the same respect as if we were in a twilight zone episode). We are also itching to play shows. Any help will be appreciated, and rewarded.
We would like to do weekends out of town. We can definitely trade shows, I am in 2 bands and I can hook up shows. If we can get one weekend show within driving distance it would be a good start. I don't care if we go on first in front of 2 people. I just want to hand out CD's and let people in another place know we exist.
