The Cutest Babyhead Ever (NEW ALBUM 02.24.09)

About Me

The Cutest Babyhead Ever is an extreme music recording project based in the New York City area. Brett Levinthal and Brett Zweiman are long time friends who share a love for heavy music. They have collaborated on a number of projects over the past decade which has led them to the creative process that yields the music of The Cutest Babyhead Ever. TCBE amassed over 40 songs before releasing 10 minutes worth of music on 2007's "Fumes From a Dead Scene" Compilation.
For 2009's E.P. "Panoply", Brett Levinthal recorded his drum parts in one 3 hour session in August of 2008. Brett Zweiman wrote and recorded his parts over the next 5 months. "Panoply" has a definite loud/soft dynamic as fast, blast-beat laden, chaos shifts to moody, ethereal, interludes which often include hypnotic tribal drumming.
At 25 minutes, "Panoply" is meant as a short musical journey. The Cutest Babyhead Ever is now in pre-production for their next release which will be in the same vain.
