I am fascinated by, and have interests in a diverse range of things (some so quaint it's considered pretty wacky), particularly if they're creative, passionate, expressive and artistic.
As the pictures below show, I have a great appreciation for beautiful, unique and unusual buildings and places (New York pictures taken by my brother). My favourite architect is
Antoni Gaudi so I would feel at home visiting all his work in Barcelona!
Pictures of New York:I also enjoy travelling, seeing new places and meeting a variety of people when the occasion permits, whether it's visiting a different coffee place in a nearby town, or a country further afield.
I like chronicling events (but not in a diary!) by taking photographs and collecting strange memorabilia. As such, I rarely go out without my camera as I always find something worth taking a picture of whatever the subject matter!
Friends, family and people who knew/know me will confirm I'm a kooky person! Once on a trip to Spain, I was one of five worried 15-year olds lost, trying to find the respective homes of the families we were staying with before it became dark. There was a lovely building in the background and I couldn't resist not taking a photo of it much to the chagrin of the others, who unwillingly relented to standing in position looking lost whilst I clicked away to my heart's content! (I'll find those photos soon).
Pictures of North Wales:So, a warning to those poor, unsuspecting people who might get to know me in the future, whether through choice or not (should you ever come across this page beforehand!), I really am quirky and can be quite intense and unpredictable at times as to what mischievous things I will do outside a professional environment.
People who aren't strong enough to handle these traits have/should cut the acquaintance short as I dislike having too many disappointments in life which can be easily prevented.
Mixture of photographed places:
I'd like to meet:
Those in my Heroes section - Sir Winston Churchill, Nicola Horlick, Lord Michael Ashcroft and Audrey Hepburn. Also, Mother Teresa and others who have greatly contributed to society.
Failing those, it would be nice to meet my soulmate if I have one in this lifetime, wherever and whoever s/he is. More realistically, interesting and all kinds of people who have something to contribute.
N.B. I'm a very giving, sensitive and playful person so...No users, abusers, losers, backstabbers, head-f***ers, bulls*****rs, and others of that sort who'll mess me around. I've met so many of them and would rather I didn't.
Instead, please could I meet genuine, warm, understanding, accommodating, friendly, happy, funny, quirky people who make the world go round more smoothly. Much appreciated. Thank you!
(Or a sad clown or something who I could cheer up!).

Heroes:
Sir Winston Churchill: He was so forceful and dogmatic, qualities which helped win the Second World war enabling us to be here now in Great Britain, Rule Britannia! Also, the Dambusters and those who diverted the 'doodlebugs' - pilotless planes which were flying bombs.
Nicola Horlick: High-flying business woman in the city who was dubbed 'superwoman' in the early nineties for her ability to look after six kids while holding down her job. Not to mention rumours that she planned her pregnancies so she could give birth around Christmas time meaning she could take as little time off as possible!
Lord Michael Ashcroft: Entrepreneur, fellow alumi at Anglia Ruskin University and former Treasurer of the Conservative Party who has done a lot of philantrophic work e.g. donating £5m for the buiding of Ashcroft International Business School, sponsoring a college and founding the charity Crimestoppers.
Audrey Hepburn: In my very humble opinion, the greatest female movie star and style icon to date. Not only did she possess beauty and grace, but she also had compassion with her work for UNICEF and other charitable things she did.
Fictitious heroes and heroines: Sir Walter Scott's Lochinvar, Margaret Mitchell's Scarlett O'Hara, Truman Capote's Holly Golightly, Jane Austen's Elizabeth Bennett
