Music I can sing to,shout to,dance to,exercise to. African dancing and drumming. Seeing local great sounding bands play. I play the guitar a little. I find swimming relaxing. I am learning to speak Mandarin Chinese. Taijiquan is the greatest form of exercise, martial art and meditation there is, everyone should try it. I am interested in shiatsu. I like to take photos. I admire art in most forms. I like driving listening to music going to scenic places: beaches,woods,where it is good to walk a little and enjoy the peace and freedom. My fantastic children,we have great times together.

LOST is brill, such clever, ridiculous fantasy very engrossing. Neighbours;Hollyoaks;Holby;Anything I find funny. Not really bothered about Tv would rather be listening to music.
I pick up and read a little of anything informative or interesting. Enjoy some poetry.
