'Life is like making mayonnaise...' you might find it hard to imagine if you..ve never made it before but the main ingredients to make mayonnaise is egg yolk, vinegar & oil... you actually have to pour the oil into the other ingredients very slowly in the begining, otherwise it'll split!! If you mix the oil in slowly, you'll see it gets thick and then you can add more oil... however, if you do mix the oil in the wrong way and end up splitting your mayonnaise, you don't have to waste it... you can actually add more egg yolk and other ingredients, then try again to add oil real carefully this time!!! Although there were moments that have splitted in my life, thanks to the flow and nature of life itself, i didn't give up and kept adding ingredients and oil to it slowly...now that i am feeling IT is getting thicker, i am not afraid of putting more & more oil to it...
