These three on men all gracious gifts bestow...

About Me

"These three on men all gracious gifts bestow
Which deck the body or adorn the mind,
To make them lovely or well-favored show;
As comely carriage, entertainment kind,
Sweet semblence, friendly offices that bind,
And all the complements of courtesy;
They teach us how to each degree and kind
We should ourselves demean, to low, to high,
To friends, to foes; which skill men call Civility."
- Spenser

The Three Graces were the handmaidens of Aphrodite. We thought about naming it after The Nine Muses, or maybe the Three Fates...
Grounded in a pastoral community outside Detroit, Michigan, 3graces media juxtaposes an airy urban sensibility with earthy Midwestern roots. A virtual enclave of visionaries and practical dreamers, we take a holistic approach to every project.
We cultivate the intuitiveness of right-brained thinking as we marry it to the logic of the left, coming together as a far more effective whole. Our passion for our projects and our clients has led us on some memorable travels - and believe us when we say we wouldn't have missed a single thing!
For more information on what we do and what we've done, and perhaps even what we're planning on doing, please visit our slowly-but-surely being reconstructed website at http://www.3gracesmedia.com
Remember that little "Video of the Week" section I had for a while?
I soooooo love this album! Thank you, Crowded House, for getting back together!

My Interests

entertainment, writing, music, visual arts, publicity, image/brand consulting, poking fun at ourselves.

Can I just say that this profile looks better when viewed with Mozilla Firefox?

I'd like to meet:

This is strictly a networking page for 3graces media, our clients, friends, people we just love to listen to - we're always ready to start a conversation!

Music:

YAY! FINALLY!!!

I'm keeping these guys up here. First band I lost money on... lot of firsts with these guys. I happen to think Jason Magee is not only a great singer, but an extraordinarily eclectic songwriter. I have to say I miss the dreads, the ponytails and Brian's purple print skirt, however... I'm glad they got back together...and thanks to Tonua for making and posting this video.

Movies:

For future discussion/announcement...

Yes, we like movies, too. Not just YouTube...

Although this is better than the movies OR TV (thank you, Terri, for bringing this to my attention):

Books:

Books are the staff of life - bread for your head!!!

hibernation

I don't know what that groundhog saw, but winter has a very firm grip on the land. On a larger level, I welcome the snow, since it will - eventually - melt and help replenish our water table. The pond...

Lammas/Lughnasadh

It's an interesting day, this day. An ancient harvest festival, with sacrificial overtones. Has anyone read Lammas Night by Katherine Kurtz?  The magazine goes to the printer this week - harvesti...
