About Me

Hi, I'm Sean...a personal trainer and Russian Kettlebell instructor and soon to be level I Crossfit certified instructor. I enjoy my job; teaching and training clients of all walks of life...the overly obese, the rehabilitative client, the client thats been sedentary for too many years, and of course the well tuned athlete. I believe Russian Kettlebells are the future of strength training along with bodyweight exercises and joint mobility drills. As a trainer and kettlebell instructor I am driven to help my clients succeed and push them well past their personal limits...I like to take my clients out of their "comfort zone" and push them as far as possible while still keeping them safe. I am dedicated to helping my clients become the best they can be both mentally, physically and I will stop at nothing to help them succeed and reach their goals. Send a text message to my phone!
