I'm currently trying to train for my first marathon. If anyone has any tips on long distance running, please send them my way! :-)I also am passionate about cooking, traveling, and photography, music and art and the beach. One song can spark a moment,
One flower can wake the dream.
One tree can start a forest,
One bird can herald spring.
One smile begins a friendship,
One handclasp lifts a soul.
One star can guide a ship at sea,
One word can frame the goal.
One vote can change a nation,
One sunbeam lights a room.
One candle wipes out darkness,
One laugh will conquer gloom.
One step must start each journey,
One word must start each prayer.
One hope will raise our spirits,
One touch can show you care.
One voice can speak with wisdom,
One heart can know what's true.
One life can make the difference

f R a N c I s R o D i N o on SellaBandJarad Sagal is relatively new on the scene. BUT, he is heading straight for the top! What is it about this guy that has audiences screaming for more? Is it his charm? Or is it his hauntingly familiar tales that come from the heart that seem as though they were written for you, about YOU? Or is it the fact that his music is timeless, emotional and honest?
Listen to his tracks. Watch his videos and get to know him. You’ll be glad you did. You will see an artist emerging that stays true to his heart, true to his fans. Here's a band from Northumberland, United Kingdom.

Definately my mom and dad. My mom died young, of cancer. It's been 17 years now, but some days feel like I just spoke to her yesterday. She lived for her children. Never did anything for herself. My dad is my biggest source of inspiration. He came to this country, from Italy and couldn't speak a word of English, and had no $$$ but he was very successful in life because of his determination. After he retired, he helped me raise my daughter. He could've had a successful career after retirement too, but he gave up doing what he wanted, to help me. I couldn't have made it without him!And of course, my heros are police officers and fire fighters, because they risk their lives everyday to save others, and of course all those serving in the military. That is the most unselfish act in the world...
