Born in 1989 in Tilburg, the Netherlands. Guitarist. I currently live in Amsterdam and I study at its conservatory. At the moment, I'm mostly active in a collective trio called The Black Napkins. I also just formed a new duo with drummer Onno Govaert which is called Juxtar. Brand new compositions and sketches for improvisation by the both of us. We'll record something soon and I'll upload it here for sure.
Another new project is a guitar quintet initiated by Alfredo Genovesi. Five (prepared) guitars, no effect pedals allowed. The band doesn't have a name yet. The line-up: Alfredo Genovesi, Jeroen Kimman, Raphael Vanoli, Mark Morse and myself: guitars.
For the rest I play often as a guest in a band from Belgium led by Teun Verbruggen called Gowk. Line-up: Joachim Badenhorst: sax/clarinet, Christian Mendoza: piano, Yannick Peeters: bass, Teun Verbruggen: drums feat. myself: guitar and Sanne van Hek: trumpet.
I recently did a duo recording session with drummer Teun Verbruggen. It still need to be mixed and mastered. I'll upload some samples of it here when it's finished.

Here is a video of a concert I did with Onno Govaert on drums and my brother Bram Stadhouders on guitar and stuff (he's on the right, I'm on the left, from the audience's perspective, just not to get confused). It was filmed by my dad the 28th of December 2007 in Paradox (www.paradoxtilburg.nl) during the Stranger than Paranoia Festival.
Here is a video of the performance of Steve Reich's "Electric Counterpoint" in the Bimhuis, conducted by Otto Tausk. Reich composed the piece for Pat Metheny. We played the piece at the Output Festival (www.outputfestival.com). The festival is about electric guitar in contemporary composed music.
