Guitarist with Belfast’s experimental mindbenders SCHREINEIN.Over the years many songs have been written, as not all are in the schreinein mould. I finally took some time and recorded a few of my own songs. With my wedding getting closer i started to write some lyrics about my feelings and finally got the mic out to try and sing for the first time. As a result I wrote the songs I saw you & Be my Love for my Wife. From there the ball started to roll and within a few weeks of getting back from my honeymoon, i had enough songs to make a six track ep called Velvet of the Morning. Over the following few months i wrote & record an other five track ep called What you Dream which is more rock ’n’ roll with Les Pauls over it....Alex Thompson and myself have now finished recording my more acoustic style tunes like I Saw You, Be my Love, The Beast Within, Early White Mornings & Drifting (rough unmixed treasers posted here). We should have this project finished and ready for release soon, just mixing & sorting artwork at present. As my wife & I are expecting our first child in January, it will be held until late February, early March when some live release shows will be performed...Hope you enjoy what you see & hearCheersColin Tufts/TuftyI saw you
