Hey hey hows it going?.........Whatever, anyway I like to make music, friends and love.....I have been writing Rap lyrics and poetry for about 5 years now in a half-arsed roundabout way, in that time I have made 3 home-made albums using either Break Record beats, or my own concoctions from the Playstation. Also I like to record the occasional drunken freestyle, either alone or with my friends Crystal Monkey & AHHA (check 'em out when they get their respective shizz together...) Along with the rap thang my other passion is Drumming and drum circles, particularly Djembe, Tabla and Talking Drum. I've been drumming for about 4 years and love it both for the social aspect of connecting with other drummers & people through rhythm, and the spiritual/ meditative side of things, for instance prolonged solo sessions where you drum faster & faster and try and focus on nothing but the sound of the rhythm 'till your body is broken and you are tripping your ass off.... Plus, of course.... I dig the sound. Performance wise I rap a few of my songs & play drums and percussion with Adrian Roye and Beth Dariti (check their profiles too).... We are called Astic Borders and we Love you!!! (as long as you bring us cake........or a good pie). Aswell as all that I also Juggle, play Harmonica, teach beginner level poi, spin fire, paint trippy paintings, and I maintain a healthy interest in Crafts.
