Music:

Sky Saxon and The Seeds, The Bevis Frond, The Chesterfield Kings, The Projectiles, The Riviera Playboys, The Status Quo, The Lemmon Pipers,Kaleidoscope (British), The Screaming Trees, The Priests, St. Phillip's Escalator, The Jefferson Airplane, Tintern Abbey, The Human Instinct, REM, The Huxton Creepers, Husker Du, Jethro Tull, Rush, Starcastle, Gordon Lightfoot (24 Albums), Beck, Tool, Buffalo Springfield, Byrds,Pebbles Vol. 1-18, Highs In THe Mid-60's Vol. 1-18, Back From The Grave Vol. 1-8, Rubbles (British 60's psych obscurities)Vol. 1-16, Mindrocker Vol. 1-14, Nuggets Vol. 1-14, Boulders Vol. 1-12, Broken Dreams Vol. 1-12, The Small Faces, The Blue Things, The Thanes, The Ceasers, The Hives, Plasticland, The Smashing Pumpkins, Julianna Hatfield, The Cynics, Medieval Music played on authentic instruments, traditional Celtic music, Silly Wizard, Gregorian Chants, The Church, Echo and THe Bunnymen, Psychedelic Furs, The Cars (1st album), The Three O'clock, The Fuzztones, The Long Ryders, The Smithereens, The Fleshtones, Late 60's early British prog (some would argue heavy pshechdelia, but at the point in Britain in 1969-70 it had pretty much all become one genre: Heavy British early psychedelic prog rock) Groups like The Jason Crest whose acid tinted barouque yet contemporary lyric and musical stylings were driven by a farfisa played through a fuzz toned wah - wah pedal (like McFadden's Parachute does today for their dinstinct sound) and The Open Mind who defined the epitomy of heavy British Psych with their classic ACID drenched British Wah-wah gutiar riffs and thick British accents coming through strong on songs like "Magic Potion" (rather than try to sound like an American blues singer, which worked for the Stones and Animals quite well, but you have to have the British accent come through sometimes. The Beatles knew that, which is why they worked both styles into their reprtoire), Early 70's American, heavy psych moog rock, like the "Witch Burning" album by the group Salem Mass from 1970, The Human Instinct (New Zealand group 1966-1975?) the early Brit-pop psych sound of 1967 (the song "A Day In My Mind's Mind" and "Pink Dawn"( are of the 10 best songs ever captured by recording - it gets even better! In 1969 the drummer (who plays a kit standing up!) added a guitar god to the group. His name was Billy T.K. and he was a native Maori. A groovy looking guy that played better than Hendrix was playing at the same time! (I AM SERIOUS!) The album "Stoned Guitar" is somehow ignored and should be on an all-time greatest albums list second only to "Are You Experienced" and "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" which can only be tied for first - unquestionably. You getting this Rolling Stone? Huh?!
