NEW INFO HERE TOO!---Peace Full Sail EuroRock set sail from Europe aboard a 60 foot yacht (see blogs)on March 8th from Spain headed by the Skipper Big Det that played along side Iron Maiden for their tours throughout Europe. We broadcast the trip on the Internet as well as produced some music videos as we sailed the Atlantic. A cool documentary is being edited in Rome at present that will be aired n major tv networks all over the world (Our music videos are getting some play already!!) Peace Full Sail will resume before the end of the year. This leg of the journey we will be circumnavigating the world for peace along with some other yachts. Our new USA HQ's will coordinate with our European HQ's to make this journey a success. (We are close to setting up another office in Asia as well.) Anyone interested in being involved in any way, just give us a hollar!
There will be many surprises that will help Peace Full Sail scream loud to the world that WE WANT PEACE IN THE WORLD...NOW LETS DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

ABOUT EuroRock...Our Mission EuroRock was conceived and produced by LouRicca in 2005 to tell the world that we can all work together no matter where we are from, what religious beliefs we have or what politicians run our country. The kick-off tour in 2006 was accepted way beyond our expectations, with many curious as to the format and mission of EuroRock. EuroRock is not only multi-national, but multi-genre rock-n-roll.This year,EuroRock2007 finished the USA tour with bands and talents from all over the world. Sweden, Switzerland, Scotland, Ireland, Great Britain, Denmark, Philippine Islands, Canada, Italy, Czechoslovakia, and the United States. MAX YASGUR’S FARM FOR SALE:
LISTS FOR $8 MILLION
NEW YORK, NY—Max Yasgur’s homestead (including his residence, 5,000 sq ft. farmhouse, 7,000 sq. ft. calving barn, and over 103 acres) is now for sale. Yasgur was the dairy farmer who became a cultural icon when he allowed 40 acres of his Bethel farm to be used in August 1969 for the gathering now known as “The Woodstock Music and Arts Festival.”
Yasgur and his property were celebrated in Joni Mitchell’s song, “Woodstock,” popularized on Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young’s Déjà vu album with the following words:
“I’m going on down to Yasgur’s farm. I’m going to join in a rock n’ roll band.”
Today, Woodstock’s original site is home to the $70 million Bethel Woods Center for the Arts. Local property values have benefited greatly from the development of the Arts Center, which is located less then two miles from the farm. The Arts Center features top-rated rock, pop, jazz, and classical performances from talents such as Bob Dylan, Dave Brubeck, and The New York Philharmonic.
The Yasgur property farmhouse, which was built in 1876, has the original hand-hewn beams but has been renovated recently and includes the following additional features:
* Gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, double convection ovens, Viking stove, antique soapstone sink, 22 ft. vaulted ceilings and expansive views of the Pocono Mountains; * Ground-floor master suite with private entrance, built-in cabinets, laundry-room access and exercise room with sauna; * Master bathroom with double whirlpool tub, steam shower, bidet and double vanity; * Two upstairs bedrooms, full bathroom and cedar-ceiling loft with western exposure; and * 18 ft. vaulted living-room ceiling with antique soapstone wood-burning stove.
The Yasgur residence (circa 1940) is approximately 2,000 sq. ft. and has three bedrooms, sun rooms, and detached two-car garage.
The barn has a stone foundation, original exterior and windows hand-painted with 60s music icons. The floor and metal roof were replaced and the beams shored in 1997.
The property is comprised of over 103 acres with approximately 2,000 ft. of road frontage. Yasgur Road is a 520 ft. road that leads into the property.

We have been nominated for this months MySpace Impact Awards Category: International Development. We here at EuroRock are thankful for all the support we have received, and if anyone else feels we should receive this award, please click on the image above to cast your ballot.

Television:

EuroRock is expanding to include a tv series that will have bands compete nationwide to build a model to raise funds for their food banks in each of their cites. The best will be chosen by a team of celebrities and the winner will be selected by viewers. The grand prize is 1,000,000 dollars to their city's food bank and a million dollar record deal. We intend to bring this internationally to help countries that are in need of food. Expect the launch during our fall part of EuroRock.

Books:

EuroRock is publishing a book with a major publisher about the last two tours with chapters written by some of the musicians and bands involved. Rumours have it that its going to be made into a movie! Cool, I want Johnny Depp to play me!! Jack Nicholson can play the villain who tried destroying what EuroRock is all about...we'll make this into a Christmas classic lol

In Memory of Robert Forte: Robert was EuroRock's Tour manager. Robert helped many bands along his music career and worked with many major music companies. Robert will be sorley missed. Robert was instrumental in getting our NJ gig lined up. He will be remembered there as well as on the whole tour. May He RIP with all the Rockers there.
