The name I&I comes from the initials of Iliana Yordanova (composing, vocals and lyrics) and Ivaylo Hristov (composing, arranging and guitars). Their first songs name is "I've been watching with your eyes" (Vijdah s Tvoite O4i) - music and lyrics Iliana, arranging- Ivaylo. At the present moment, the duo is planning to make five more songs.
Iliana adores music. Singing since her childhood, she has traveled all over the world with the Bulgarian Children's Choir "Bodra Smiana" and she has been a singer in two bands. Ivaylo has been a guitar player in many bands. Both of them have a great passion for music and can't imagine their life without it. Iliana sees each song as a combination of the two things she likes the most in her life - music and writing. She was the scriptwriter for the famous Bulgarian TV programme "Ogledala" during the last four years.
The 15.06.2006 she left that famous TV - and she worked for a couple of months in another TV Programme - "Elegantno" - TV7.
After many private parties and a little tour - from the 15 september 2006 she became the Beauty Editor for the Mainstream Magazine "STORY".
Both Iliana and Ivaylo want to make many new songs that give people important messages and positive energy.
The duo's first song "I've been watching with your eyes" has made an enormous success. I&I took part in a national contest organized by BG Radio (a famous Bulgarian radio station that plays only Bulgarian music) and won the award Musical Discovery of the Year 2006.
The duo's second song is called "Be my beginning" (Budi Na4alo) and it also entered the Radios play-lists.
The duo has many gigs. Their third song is on the way.
But before that the duo makes a big impact. They got out the jewel of the Bulgarian Music - the song - "There is Nothing Finer Than Bad Weather " from the ashes of oblivion. And they make a Big STOP before realizing their autor's songs.I&I made a 10 steps project for the "Saving of the Bulgarian Culture".
