I created this Myspace to document the work in progress of my Conceptual Art Project that goes by the working title of "Rockstar" which is a homage to Rockstar Games, the creators of The Grand Theft Auto Series, which I think signifies such a pure statement it should be classed as fine art.The Term "Rockstar" also refers to the fact that I am rapidly approaching 27, which is traditionally "the year of death" for the true Rockstar and as this work is an attempt for me to rationalise my life so far in the context of a Conceptual Art Work, then it seemed appropriate metaphor.I find most art self referential and elitist so this is project is an attempt for me to incorporate new points of reference into the art world.Although "Rockstar" is an extremely personal piece of work, as much of it deals with my experiences growing up in "Alternative" culture I have found that the themes and images that it cites, ie the Human/Animal Rights Movement and Radical Left Wing Politics along with the imagery of Pop Culture, Youth Icons and Video Games have affected many peoples inner lives so much that they have formed a collective consciousness that I find both terrifying and fascinating. If you want to hear more about "Rockstar" or about my earlier work, or about me as an artist, please message/add/whatever me.

Anarcha-Feminist. Anarcha-feminists put a strong emphasis on the importance of patriachy, arguing that all forms of hierachy can be traced back to man's domination over woman. Although associated with the 1960s, the movement has its roots in the theories of Emma Goldman and Voltarine DeCleyre.
