'Poppy uses her wiley feminine charms and extensive theatrical background to amaze audiences with stories of some of the fiestiest women throughout the ages from current popculture to ancient mythology!Whether it be her 18th century gothic inspired reverse striptease which begins with nothing but her bewitching smile and a few stategically placed swarowski crystals to hide her modesty. Or her famous fan dancing saloon girl complete with bustle and shooters! To her hypnotic burlesque snake charming dance/striptease co-starring Manson,Houdini and Doris Mae (combined length of 21ft and yes they are real)! Its all about the gun slinging,snake charming, bustle shaking, tassle twirling tease!I'm a performer and always at my happiest on the stage! For many years I have worked as an actor/director focussing mainly on community based work. I trained and then went on to teach for a number of years at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama. Following my degree i went on to co-found a performance art company called G.A.L. (Girls And Lard) which toured live art festivals and cabarets for three years including a performance at The National Review of LIve Art. I'm glad to say that G.A.L are planning to create and perform a new piece of work this year. Along side the fabulous Betty Bruiser I am also co-founder and artistic director of BURLESQUE GOREFEST
