Chapter 3. PERSONALITY.
I have very wacky sense of humor, sarcastic, no boundaries, no limitations, I dont distinguish things on black and white, dont tolerate to close and judgmental minds, dont have time to deal with aggressiveness based on low self-esteem, dont respect gossips, and I looooooooove the live and all creatures that are ALIVE (versus creatures that live like dead)! :-)
So, if you cant stand it stay away! :-)

MY PERSONAL PROFILE (as it appeared in press)
Olga Kostrova was born in Kiev in 1973 to a family that huddled together in a tiny apartment with only one room. That room housed the dining room and bedroom at the same time. There were 6 people: mother, father, older sister and two grandmothers.
Later Olga mentioned:
My grandmothers were heroic women. These two sisters found my mother on the threshold of their house a house which was later destroyed in the Second World War. Fleeing from the fascist army, my mothers natural mum threw her newborn baby in this house a few hours before she was killed. These women brought up the baby as their own child, in spite of abject poverty and famine. I thank my lucky stars that I grew up in this family with people that lavish care upon each other and gave me the opportunity to understand what is meant by goodness, wisdom and strength.
Her mother says:
Olga always did what she wanted to do. She was very insistent and achieved everything she desired. She rarely listened to anyones advice. She tried to get her own lessons and learn first hand. She was an unbelievably bright and charming child. She played a key role in her high school drama theatre and puppet show, and studied ballroom dance. She was also a member of the junior natural history study group. She did so many things but it didnt prevent her from graduating high school with excellent marks. She always tried to reach beyond her capacity. And she often did.
Olga found her passion of creative activities during childhood.
In 1996 Olga completed her Masters in Economics. At the age of 23, she managed the Marketing department of one of the biggest international companies in Europe. At the age of 27 she was offered the position of CEO of a new branch of an international advertising agency. She did not accept it because she had intentions to relocate to North America. By this time, she had gained knowledge and experience in serving clients with high standards of work. She applied this experience later to her first own business (http://olgrandeur.ideamama.net - fashion house), which she started at the end of 2001; also a media company and stock photo agency (http://artmill.ideamama.net ) that markets her own photo collection that she founded in 2002; in IdeaMama Group that she founded in 2004 and finally in IdeaMama Club that will be launched in August, 2006.
I think there is only one way to succeed, - Olga says. - Do what you can do the best and just do it. Search your talents till you find your passion. Or maybe it will find you first.

All offices belong to IdeaMamas clients, extraordinary people that one day I was able to assist on their way to splendid success Theyre relaxed on their chairs, talking on the phone with their clients over the world, observe unleashed ocean and mountains that will stay there forever no matter what mistakes we make during our journey Theyre reflecting catching the wind that bursts into office through open windows Theyre looking at stars Theyre smiling, but tear appears on those faces Theyre talking to stars And stars know what those tears are about, all thoughts dreams and sadness of loving humans heart Stars know it all And I am there... sitting on my table with high heel shoos off, drinking my martini... and someone (still unknown today) holds my hand... and I hear his heart bits...And stars are silent
