.jpg[/IMG]Well let me hear who doesnt know who Sean Combs A.K.A. Puff Daddy Is? Yeah thats what I thought! Born on November 1, 1970 in Harlem, (NEW YORK CITY). The Nick name Puff Daddy come from previous nick name PUFFY as a member of the High School Football Team, I use to PUFFED my chest out to make my self look bigger and stronger than actually I was. Well call me what ever you want but the fact is that Daddy is responsible for more classic HIP-HOP records than most MCs, promoters, and producers could ever hope to be. Started as an intern for different record companies. Eventually become the A&R rep for Uptown Records. At uptown records the most popular work I did was with Mary J. Blidge. After that ARISTA RECORDS opened the new doors for me, so I went in that direction where I started my own Bad Boy Entertainment. The first artists on bad boy were Craig Mack and Notorious BIG. The BAD BOY was starting to get popular and BAD BOY was moving up in the entertainment industry game. While BAD BOY Ent. was reviling and enjoying its success, I found my self in the middle of one of biggest EAST Coast / WEST Coast Fights. BAD BOY Records Vs. Death Row Records. To break this down so everyone can see it was Daddy and Biggie Smalls vs. Suge Knight and TuPac Shakur. This all started when 2Pac was shot for the first time in NYC and 2Pac blame Biggie Smalls among other East Coast Rep artists. But before that 2Pac and Biggie were friends. In 1996 2Pac was shot and killed and shortly after that six months later the Biggie was killed 2. Till this day Puff Daddy and the Family made no direct involvement in this east coast west coast fight and Puff Daddy now gives direct shout-outs to 2Pac saying R.I.P. In summer of 1997 Puff Daddys solo album entitled NO WAY OUT was realized this album quickly went platinum and was a major success for BAD BOY Family. It featured such Bad Boy Family Members as Mase, Notorious BIG, Lil Kim, 112, Faith Evans, Black Rob, and The Lox. Major hits from this album are Cant Nobody hold Me Down, Missing You, It's All About The Benjamins", and "Been Around The World". Also Puff Daddy expended his horizon in the music business, for the last couple years the Spanish hip hop and regatone was hitting the states harder than ever so Puffy decided to start BAD BOY LATINO ENTERTEINMENT. Where his first artist was Cuban-American Miami Repper PITBULL. Today Puff Daddy and Bad Boy Ent. is working with such artists as Busta Rhymes, KRS-One, Lil' Kim, Boyz II Men, and Mariah Carey, Young Jok, Cheri Dennis, 8Ball & MJG, Cassie, Jordan McCoy, B5, Mess, Jessica Garcia, AASIM, Carl Thomas, Black Rob, BOYZ N DA HOOD, Nelson, Babs Bunny. Etc. Love him or hate him Puff Daddy is one of the best in Business. He gets paid and he is not afraid to show it, he involves him self in everything he can from music, clothing, colon, restaurant, charity events, etc. Most who dont like him are either playa haters, or having to much jealousy and envy. Sean Puffy Combs is very talented man and is looking to lead hip hop generation into the 21st century.
