Level Vibes Soundsystem is simply a musical channel for focused, progressive, and reality conscious Dj’s expressing themsleves through the sound system medium.This is achieved through our love for reggae music relating to the concept totally while appreciating its full history, we seek out and remix the best in heartical and uplifting tunes and blend them into conscious, elevating and inspirational live mix cd's. Our selections span the globe of reggae itself, it travels from its homeland in JA back to the African continent and right back to you. We seek out tunes from heartfelt artists whose striving focus can be felt and their ability to uplift and inspire. We have also realized that there is no better tool in our efforts to expand reggaes message philososphy and hopefully set as many people as possible on a path of progressive conscious action (with patience and determination anything is possible ya dig) therefore we have focused our energies upon this effort, ironically it took 7 years !. Traditionally it was the Jamaican sound systems that brought us the first ever remixes and provided the blueprint for underground raves, MCing, double deck DJing, heavy wattage speaker systems and encouraged the first ever DJ crews. In fact, Jamaican sound system culture layed the groundwork for our current Black music.
