Life Is Just A Journey
Cha'Maine
Cha'Maine takes you on a musical journey knocking gently on the doors of reggae, r&b, jazz and dancehall to create the intrinsic sounds of "Reggae Soul" which is ironically the title of her 2005 debut album. Although the ratio of male to female singers is still unbalanced, this multi-talented singer/songwriter/producer is mere hope for improvement. She vows to break through the barriers that have relegated some of the most powerful voices to background singers with her sophomore album 'Here's To Love.'
The Jamaican native honed her skills while performing in Hall Jackson's talented teens, the Clarendon Cultural development festival and many other local competitions in Jamaica.

Garvey
Garvey was born in St. Andrew, Jamaica with lineage stretching back to philosopher Marcus Garvey, his great great grand father. He grew up in Hermitage, August Town. Growing up around University of West Indies he had the opportunity to rub shoulders with lots of musicians, like Bob Marley, Bunny Wailer, U Roy, Dennis Brown, Israel Vibration, Fred Locks and Josey Wales just to name a few. Garvey's music and Rasta faith is influenced by the many Twelve Tribes meetings. Niyabinghi chantings and dances he attended.
In the early 1980's Garvey moved to Montego Bay and joined a band called Barry Saddler and the Merry Wonders. He performed all of the North Coast, in all the major hotels and clubs. The band broke up, members joined new bands and Garvey begun spinning records with sounds like Twilight Hi Fi and Ticka Tone. Garvey kept writing and singing.

Sahra Indio
The name 'Sahra Indio' was born in California. Sahra Indio, means 'resting place of the people'. A name you must study first before pronouncing it correctly Sah-Ra. The woman Sahra was born in Philadelphia in a complex & musical family that included the sweet jazz of now legendary cousin, Clifford Brown. It was her grandfather who insisted that she play an instrument. As Sahra grew into womanhood both, Grandfather's house and the clarinet were gone. The shattering music of Bob Marley and The Wailers sparked a new understanding.
She would later 'catch a fire' on the active volcanic island of Hawaii, re-birthing herself in the 'Jahringa' Reggae Band. 'Jahringa', is aboriginal for 'dreamtime', a place where Sahra found the voice to sing about the beauty and the mystery of life.

Duane Stephenson
Duane Stephenson is the former lead singer of the group TO-ISIS.He was born to parents Patricia Rutherford and Norman Stephenson in Kingston, Jamaica on April 22, 1976. His early years were spent in a little town in eastern St. Andrew known as August Town. August Town has an air rich in culture and music and has produced many talented artists such as The Rastafarians, Colin Roach and more currently Sizzla Kolongi.
Duane's exposure to music was inevitable as music was a big part of his family. His uncle Michael Rutherford was the lead singer of a popular band known as Sunny Bradshaw and the Big Band and Rhythms Kings band. During this time he was exposed to music from artists such as Kenny Rogers, BB King, Al Greene, the Temptations, Chi Lites and the Manhattans to name a few.Duane attended New Providence All-Age and Tivoli Gardens High School where he was a member of the choir. In 1993, Duane was encouraged by a friend to join the Cathy Levy's Little People & Team Players Club, a performing arts school based in Kingston Jamaica. This helped to groom and shape Duane into the performer he is today.
Being a member of this club allowed Duane to travel extensively throughout Jamaica, the Caribbean as well as the United States where he performed for former US president Bill Clinton. (more details)
