Movies:
Original Sin, A Mighty Heart, Tomb Raider (the game is CRAZY!), Mr. & Mrs. Smith. Pretty much ANYTHING Angelina Jolie touches is gold! I dig all kinda horror movies and I like to hum along to musicals (Can you say DreamGirls and Mary Poppins?...lol...) For throwbacks, Denzel always keeps his cool- Mo' Better Blues.
Television:
My all time favorite TV show is PRISON BREAK! What can I say Michael Scofield is a genius! LOVE HIM! (muah) Yes, I've jumped on the reality TV band wagon: Hell's Kitchen is MAJOR and I love The Salt & Pepper Show!...I really watch just about anything...On my Comcast favorites are: Sex and The City (CAN'T WAIT FOR THE MOVIE!), The OC, Days of Our Lives and Passions (I admit to it...lol), ESPN News, anything on Discovery and the Health channel. Ohh and The Sopranos (now a classic) and The Wire (Yes, I'm still pissed they killed Stringer!)...rant ova...
Books:
I don't get to read as much as I used to but I just read "Midwifes" by Chris Bohjalian; VERY good story! I'm deciphering through Russell Simmons, "Do You" hoping to be done soon. I recently finished "The Witch of Portobello" by Paulo Coelho (pretty deep stuff)
Heroes:
My eldest sister, Landra "Jenny" Hamid She passed away from renal failure but her courage and will was ridiculously strong. She never blamed anyone for her circumstance and played the hand that she was dealt. She was my everything, the love of my life. "I am my beloved's and my beloved is mine"
