Poet, vocalist, musician, graphic artist, activist and web designer, Khadija is and artist defying form and fashion. Gifted with word and song, she is a vessel, speaking freely, the Word of the Most High. Her gift is used to uplift the oppressed, for freedom is a state of mind endowed upon her at birth. Inspired by the desires of the ancestors and all those who have come before and paved the way, Khadija contuniue to blaze the trail. Undoubtedly one of the most prolific poets of her time, she is not to be confined in any genra, box or style. She is not a performer, nor is she here to entertain. She comes from the Light, bringing Truth to life.

The people come first. You are your Brother/Sisters keeper. Capitalism teaches individualism, which is anti-African. We have to create programs that are for the best interest of the people (especially Food, Clothing and Shelter).

It is important for African people to have knowldge of self. We have to be able to articulate why we are in the conditions we are in, who put us in these conditions and how can we get out of these conditions.
