I am originally from The Bronx. I have been freestyling since I was fourteen. I became serious about HipHop around the age of seventeen.I've Always been into Hip Hop, i was born in the B-Boy era. All my cousins and uncles were breakers and hang with all the leagends and God fathers of Hip Hop. The song that did it for me was, The Show, Slick Rick and Doug E. Fresh. I remember get up for school and hearing that song. It might of been the first song i've ever memorize. Music was good then, real original.I grew up on groups like A Tribe Called Quest and De La Soul. Even tho i was born and raised in New York, i had all the N.W.A. albums. I loved those guys, they brought something different to Hip Hop. The late 80s and the early 90s really did it for me, it was the golden era of Hip Hop. I was more gear towards being a DJ than an Emcee. I love the way Dj controlled the party. Now it seems like people are scare of a TRUE house party. My most influence is my heritage. Music runs deep in my family. Most of my family from South America(Brazil). So it's a lot of drummers and singers in my family, and that's just my moms side. My father was into music, he was a drummer. But the most amazing thing about it is I did not find that out until 2003!I'm currently working on my second album, Truthfully Speaking(4/25/06). I've been working on projects in Atlanta for the last couple of years.2Gran Production is a full flegde production company. As of date we currently have six in house producer(Jayblayz((kid fresh)), Ready Made, Thad((Mr.100drums)), Shawn, and The Genius Master Mind) My production team(2Gran) have work with the likes of Knyte, Blacksis, 7, Danielle and a few other. We also have release 2 album through the production company, Don Ballers' Small Soldier and my debut album The True Representitive.I love music, it's all i do and it seems like there's a lack of good music so it's my duty to bring it back. Also check out myspace.com/2gran and the website 2Gran.com.
