We have recently returned to the UK after living in Norway for 3 years.I am the vocalist in the Black Metal band Vargnathorn and also do backing vocals and programming for my wife's band Dismal Skies. I was previously the founder and vocalist of Embalmed.My musical interests are Black Metal, Death Metal, Thrash, Power Metal, Gothic/Operatic Metal, Classical and Electro-Industrial music.I am also into other aspects of the darker side of life including horror films (the gorier the better) and dark art - H. R. Giger and Heironymous Bosch.My life philosophy follows the writings of Anton LaVey as set out in The Satanic Bible, however my religious beliefs are in the Norse Gods and Ã…satru, having been a follower of this faith for many years. For those who say that Satanism and Ã…satru do not sit together, I quote Dr LaVey "Odinism is an heroic and admirable form of Satanism" "Just remember:Things are not always what they appear to be".I have been a re-enactor for over 16 years within the medieaval (Robin Hood) and Dark Age(viking) periods.I have been working on a viking project in the Norwegian fjords for the past three years which was very interesting and enjoyable.
