Having been in or around music one way or another for most of our lives, it came to our attention that venue's for up and coming bands were pretty thin on the ground. "What to do"!!! We got our heads together with our good old mate chris, who also has a love for live music, and many musicians as friends, Between us we found a venue to hold our "Live Band Nights"... C&JPromotions was up and running... We also found that no one wants to pay a band for playing, its ridiculus, these kids have been paying for there rehearsal time so that they can entertain us "The Public". We always make sure the bands get paid something....("Why Not").....What we also found is that When we get a band who has some experience of playing gigs on a regular basis, to play one of our nights, it is the best way for young/up and coming bands to build there confidence and to improve there sets....We are hoping to eventually have a theme night once a month, and a regular night for all bands once a week... So if your in a band or know of a band get in touch with us .. We have put some great nights on and some really great bands have played our gigs, they have all told us "its been one of there best gigs with a fantastic atmosphere" and all want to come back to play again..
