Funk'd Out

"Funk'd Out" originated from Rob Breadner's (Promoter, Photographer, Graphic Designer) vision to create a dance experience including 3 deejays on 6 turn tables, percussionists, special visual effects and slides. The concept immediately caught the interest of Toronto's partying crowd and music lovers; in August 2006, "Funk'd Out" will celebrate it's first year anniversary with a bang.
Early this year, LOqenz (DJ/Promoter) accepted the challenge to keep "Funk'd Out's" replica alive and kicking. Our motto is to keep bodies rockin' with our unique blend. We appreciate our loyal following and extend an invitation to all music lovers who desire a different experience.

Serious (DJ/Producer) . The name says it all! Ask any B boy or B girl in the city! Dj Serious, brings depth to "Funk'd Out" with his extensive background and knowledge of all genres. His ability to make transitions effortless w/cuts & blends from Funk to Hip Hop, Breaks to R&B, making him a world class Deejay!
Corey Dawkins (DJ/Producer) brings his distinct signature sound of soulful, Afro Latin house. His smooth blends & up beat rhythms keep the party groovin'. Corey's passion for music can be heard in his selections and seen in his diverse collection.
L'Oqenz (DJ/Producer) compliments her counterparts with a wide range of blends from Ol Skool, Hip Hop, Reggae to Classic House. Known to most as an underground Hip Hop DJ, L'Oqenz credits "Funk'd Out" for giving her the opportunity to put this misleading stereotype to rest!
