As a key member of the Hip Hop community, L'Oqenz has always stayed true to her craft, while establishing a unique style and versatility.
The music industry's introduction to L'Oqenz came in '94 through a co-hosting position on Cypha (Canada's first underground Hip Hop television show). Cypha's mandate created an outlet for Canada's growing urban scene. The forum challenged L'Oqenz to develop as a DJ and mature as a host. The knowledge gained through her work with Cypha created opportunities, which exposed her to various local radio shows, news articles and talent show cases. Check out www.loqenz.com for more.
