Invictus Entertainment Group is a consortium of companies and artists brought together by the fervent desire to collaborate and produce art for the consumption of those whose tastes do not usually flow toward the offerings of Madison Avenue or Hollywood Boulevard. Beginning in the Summer of 2004, Invictus Films Inc. sought to create a production company founded with an off- or niche- market focus on 'art house' feature films themed around political, psychological and historical subjects. The first feature film produced by Invictus, "The Judas Kiss", headlined the Monaco International Film Festival in December 2005 and following its World Premiere in Monte Carlo was packaged to begin festival runs in North America and Asia. Partnering with like-minded companies and artists worldwide, Invictus Entertainment Group was born in 2006 to create accessible art and entertainment for the discerning member of the public, and sharing the means and media to bring that art and entertainment to the public as an alternative to mainstream cultural tides and corporate/market driven interests.
