About Me

Digital Liberty is an incarnation I developed over the past several years. Everyday is an evolving rollercoaster of beats, arps, and licks. Sometimes I like it, sometimes it sucks (usually it sucks). What will end up on here is countless hours spent in the dark studio bent over a keyboard and a hard disc recorder. My gear list reads like a small music store inventory: Yamaha AW16G hard disc recorder. Korg Triton Extreme 61 key workstation, Korg MS2000 Analog Modeling Synth. Roland SH-201 Analog Modeling Synth, E-MU Orbit, E-MU Procussion, Korg EA 1 analog groove box. Korg ER 1 Rhythm box. Roland D2 groovebox. Roland MC303 groovebox. Yamaha DTXIII Electronic drum set. Roland VG8 guitar processor. Epiphone Flamecat. Ibanez Strat with a GK2 pickup. Yamaha acoustic guitar. Two handmade guitars (one electric and one acoustic). Countless stomp boxes and endless pieces of rack gear, microphones and cables. Constantly on eBay buying more stuff. Always wanting more...

Television, clothing and trends will dictate what mood Im in and what types of music I will write (I do not do rap. Rap is crap, so don’t ask me to add your rap stuff). True music is my biggest influence. If I left out your band, that don’t mean I dislike you (by the way, looking for The Coolies "Doug: A Rock Opera" if anyone has it and can send/burn it for me. Lovies, :::DL:::). These are in no particular order:The Cure (ok. this is my ..1 fav band.
