Hi, my name is Matt Tyler. First off, thanks for taking time to drop by my page. Much appreciated.I am a singer/songwriter from Brum and have been recording and gigging around the UK and abroad for nearly 6 years now.I suppose my genre is mainly acoustic rock/folk and I am strongly influenced by the likes of Springsteen, The Beatles and Dylan etc…I run my own Independent label “Dannyboy Records†(See top friends)
And I release all my albums through that with the help of my distribution deal with Orchard Music.Most previous releases include:“Undercover†‘06- a mixture of covers and original material.“Brilliant Disguise†06’- which was a tribute album to a massive idol of mine, Bruce Springsteen. It includes tracks from the Boss’ many eras of music with a Tyler twist.And most recently my first all orginal material album "Dead Flowers By Midnight" (July 07).
