About Me

I dabble in playing music, creative writing, and listening to people's problems...(that one is my favorite)...I like to be there for my friends...and be supportive...
I'm also very active with my faith (Baha'i' Faith - some helpful website sites bahai.org and bahai.net for those interested), and social activism and simply enjoy doing my part to create a more just, harmonious, balanced, and loving world. And for anyone who has "eyes to see and eyes to hear" there is a lot of work to do.
In addition, I tutor or teach guitar so if you are interested in learning or know someone who is get in touch with me...I am very patient and have 20 years experience with the instrument...learning anything new can be frustrating but I will make the experience fun...I promise...
Some other things; I hold service in high regard and truly respect and admire individuals who dedicate their lives or time to helping others and building community...I will go as far as to say it is an obligation to help other people to a certain extent...
Some inspirational words that I try to be very mindful of.
"Never think or believe the efforts you make fall on deaf ears or that your actions lead to nowhere for within the volition of your positive force is encapsulated an energy and power meant to seek out its purpose and deliver it's true intention."
"Be a participate in the obliteration and destruction of the zone of malignant indifference and apathy that prevents bonds of family and true friendship"

My Interests

Community and Economic Development, Spiritual Revolution, Mysticism, radical enlightening ideals, the idea that the I, we, us, them are all one and the same, less speech and more progressive concrete action, social activism, economic justice, elimination of the extremes of wealth and poverty, volunteering, non-profits, working with youth, working to combat liver disease, and fueling the meditative mind. (and all that's the light stuff)

Reading, a firm believer in discerning thoughtful education...not the kind that leads to rickets of the mind, but the one that elevates and opens doors or portals to visionary expansive thoughts or ideals...or just "good times"...

tutoring guitar, of course playing guitar, keyboards, bass guitar, listening to music, watching bands play(both good and bad, there something to learn from both), writing poetry...not the maddening "angst love-riddled-limpy-kind-of-verse", but the good stuff

watching NFL action...and the usual sporting activities...B-ball, pool, ping pong, dodge ball, teether(spl?) ball, etc...

vegetarianism...
