Crimson Spot

Open Mic - Sunday Nights

About Me

Crimson Spot is a place where people can get together and share the arts in a positive and uplifting enviroment. The beauty of Crimson Spot lies not in the talent or the hosts (but at a glance you'd think it was), but rather in the audience. People at Crimson Spot actively put their own positivity out there, knowing that if there ever comes a Sunday night that they are in need of a place where they can withdraw from that "savings account of love," they can find it at the Crimson Spot. It's in that vault of love that inspiration grows like interest and talent is dished out like dividends. So if you're strapped for cash and positivity, or just looking for a place to invest some of your own talent or love, stop by the Crimson Spot. Sunday nights @ 8pm. Enter from La Cienega, just north of Rodeo Rd. Inbetween the 7-11 and Taco BellFor info call: 323-933-8291 ext 112Come and see why every night is a RICH night!******************** UPDATE *********************** So we've recently started getting a little deeper with our friends. Before the Open Mic, in an adjacent room, we set up candles, dim the lights, and create an ambience that's conducive to the positivity we try to create. Then we share prayers, song and verse from all religions, and lines of faith. To worship together, is to exist together. *************************************************** Also, for those of our friends who have been wanting to know more about The Baha'i Faith, we get together on Thursday nights and host a round of discussions about the Baha'i view of the world's events, spirituality, "other" relgions, etc... We invite each and everyone of you to join us. We have a good time, good food, and it's a good booster shot of positivity. For location, and times, just ask one of us.
