I have been actively interested and involved in music for the last 16 years. I mananged to get my first set of turntables when I was fifteen and put on a party at school and the rest was history, I was hooked on the vibe!My first influences came from my parents. Stevie Wonder, Ramsey Lewis, George Benson, Bossa Rio, Earth Wind & Fire, Santana, all the greats were always on our home stereo.As I grew older my tastes developed and changed, I was firstly hooked on the US rap scene listening to P.E. BDP, Ice T and Marley Marl. This was shortly followed by the young UK rap scene where I was also hooked, here Hardnoise, Hijack and Gunshot ran the show, along with Dodge City Productions, MC Duke, Blade, the Cookie Crew and may others. When Jeff Young's amazing "Big Beat" and "National Fresh" shows ended and the "Rap Selection" took its place, I became hooked on the new school artists, Main Source, Brand Nubian, De La, L.O.N.S and A Tribe Called Quest. Sadly the Rap Selection didn't run for that long but luckily Pete Tong stayed on and on the Essential Selection one evening, he dropped Royal House's "Can U Party?". That was it, House was for me and it has become a part of my everyday life.I have played at many venues and events along the way including "Pressure", "Space" and "Succoso". I've also been resident at the seminal "Bang! Bang!" as well as "Mint", both in Bournemouth and Atlantic Fusion's "Solid Soul". It's all music...I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
