THE STARTUP
A group of homeboys from Queens decide to move to the city together where they hope to fulfill their dreams and experience the fast-paced glamorous world of Manhattan. They end up settling into a run down brownstone in Harlem. After moving in, things take a turn when they realize their dreams aren't going to be realized overnight so to stay afloat they turn their place into an illegal youth hostel.At first, the hostel brings them money and beautiful foreign women traveling through but things take a turn as hijinks and chaos overwhelm our protagonists. I am the son of Moses, born out the womb of Isis
My human vices didn't care, who wanna bear my crisis
No matter what the price is, I had to kiss the venom
I treated my cravings like my kids
Don't question how I feed'em
Open my wounds with whiskey
I pour the liquor slowly
So that the sting that the liquor brings
Would stick around and hold me
And when my vision's blurry
That's when I see the clearest!
I pierce the eye of spoken lies
Staring back in mirrors
It's not a problem really
