BIOGRAPHY: R.W.I., Cuneese (Cuneese†means “from Cuneo†wich is their town) band born in june 2004, it’s an artistic-musical project born of an idea of MASSIMILIANO TALLONE (LapTop,Bass Guitar,Master keyboards and Synths) and DIEGO INAUDI (Guitars), a musical wedding between electronic sounds and acoustic and electric guitars used as plug-in. The result is a very peculiar sound, electro-pop oriented, with fascinating melodies and, in the meantime, a rhythm made to dance. R.W.I. is a part of D.E.C.(Divisione Elettronica Clandestino), a group of electronic musicians who are trying to promote their music in an indipendent way. The gigs of R.W.I. are a mix of music and images because of the video-clips of CARLO CAGNASSO whom collaborates with R.W.I. since a long time. R.W.I. are trying to give birth to different sounds and atmospheres without getting trapped in a specific music kind, that’s why they are always looking for open minded people to make music with. In June 2005 R.W.I. were invited to play at the Encode 3 electronic music festival, wanted by the Betulla Records label and in August 2005 and 2006 at the Nuvolari festival in Cuneo.Currently they collaborate with VALENTINA TARICCO about dance choreographies and also with MATTEO GIRAUDO and ALESSANDRO BRIGNONE on sounds&lights.. It’s not a long time since they finished to record their first official E.P. . wich will be produced and mixed in January-February 2007 by mr. KRAMER KRAMER , american musician and producer, the one who created the famous label Shimmy Disc.....[John Zorn, Half Japaneese, Butthole Surfers, Lou Reed, Low, Ween, Thurston Moore, Gwar, White Zombie, Allen Ginsberg, Daniel Johnston, Moe Tucker, Debbie Harry, Yo La Tengo, Velvet Monkeys, Dot Allison, Galaxie 500, Naked City, Urge Overkill (Kramer produced the hit single from Quentin Tarantino's PULP FICTION - "GIRL, YOU'LL BE A WOMAN SOON")Etc....] and the re-born Second Shimmy SECOND SHIMMY ..For this collaboration, pieces of the songs were recorded digitally by R.W.I. in CUNEO and then the files were sent to NOISE STUDIO in MIAMI, where Kramer added touches and then mixed and mastered the final product.BIOGRAFIA: RunningWomanIdea (R.W.I.), formazione Cuneese attiva dal giugno 2004, è un progetto artistico-musicale nato dalle idee di MASSIMILIANO TALLONE(Campionatori, Laptop,Basso) e DIEGO INAUDI (Chitarre), un connubio musicale tra suoni elettronici e l'utilizzo di chitarre acustica ed elettrica come veri e propri plug-in.Il risultato è un sound particolare dai toni elettro-pop, accattivante per le melodie e nello stesso tempo trascinante per le ritmiche serrate. L'intento dei R.W.I. è quello di sperimentare diverse sonorità ed atmosfere, cercando di non congelarsi in uno specifico genere musicale, avvalendosi per questo anche di collaborazioni esterne aperte alle sperimentazioni artistiche. Nel Giugno 2005 hanno partecipato al festival di musica elettronica Encode 3, organizzato dalla label cuneese Betulla Records e nell'agosto 2005 e 2006 al festival Nuvolari libera tribù di Cuneo.Attualmente collaborano con VALENTINA TARICCO per quanto riguarda le coreografie di ballo e MATTEO GIRAUDO per le scenografie e luci.I suoni sono curati da ALESSANDRO BRIGNONE.
