i would not call me self a band... more a traveling menstrual.... DoomsDay Device is my collective, assimilation is our prime directive.
lets see... i was Born in Eunice, LA circa 1984. lived in the central Louisiana area till i was about 10. sometime around then is when my mom realized that LA had nothing left for her. she went seeking the beach, better school systems, and many other makings of a new life.
8th grade is when i would say i 'opened my eyes' to the world around me... it wasn't that we moved to a magical land where creativity and individuality were commonplace. but that there were more like minded simians in my proximity, and a couple less bubble dwelling, anger driven, caged animals. quickly i made a few friends. got more in to music, skating, writing, reading, (all around, just enjoying life). played in a few bands in high school. Punk Rock - Ska... after high school i ended up moving to Lafayette with my brother (wz3d). we recorded our first album together(carpetbag profiteers) then i moved home to help with CATCH IT ON THE UPSTROKE... the ska band my friends and i had been trying to start for 3 years are so... once that ran its course(which was not with out its Great times and great experiences) i was at a loss once again... just like after highschool.... Teknokris2000 to the rescue... Thus DoomsDay Device was born....
