About Me

Hi i'm Paul; at bottom nostalgic and wee indolent too, but also energetic or eager whenever opportunity knocks. Can't stand chaos so i try to keep things tidy and in order. Don't like being negative or disparage but there are a few things; i hate tumble-dryers. Seagulls and crows; beautiful creatures but lots of unnecessary squawk and behaving like animals. They could learn something from pigeons; ok they don't say or fly much but at least they nod their head when you feed'em @ Appreciate open sincere people with good humour, also people who care about others and environment. After a heavy loss of my dad not long ago i've realized the importance of that, so now my main interest and occupation is to care for my mum trying to cheere her up and make us laugh @ Sounding like saligia sorry, but neither can i tolerate injustice oppression mischief avarice misers wastefulness, nor exaggerated snobbery and vanity. Fashion, lots of beauty there, trends not the same. Dissatisfaction and ingratiude; well we cant walk around with our teeth showing all the time can we, but why go through life grumpy and discontent with a miserable look, if there's no good reason. Most of us are born with a lottery jackpot winner ticket; i mean, it could've been worse, we could've been born into this world as a Hutsi or Tutsi @ Glocalization, love it. Globalization however and market liberalism in theire current forms; i got no crystal ball, but can't see we are doing ourselves any favours at all. Meanwhile, lets hope Earth is capable of healing itself, cos now we look pretty bevildered and helpless

I'd like to meet:

"Faith is a state of openness or trust. To have faith is to trust yourself to the water. When you swim you don't grab hold of the water, because if you do you will sink and drown. Instead you relax, and float. And the attitude of faith is the very opposite of clinging to belief, of holding on. In other words, a person who is fanatic in matters of religion, and clings to certain ideas about the nature of God and the universe, becomes a person who has no faith at all. Instead they are holding tight. But the attitude of faith is to let go, and become open to truth, whatever it might turn out to be."
