DJ Chase established himself as one of the hottest deejays this side of the East Coast! Chase, a Disc Jockey, Producer and Promoter extraordinaire has brought music to the ears and beats to the hips of many within the sports, music and entertainment industries. His personable nature, charisma and enthusiasm for his craft, has given him the opportunity to work with many well known industry heavyweights such as Sean “Diddy†Combs (Bad Boy Entertainment), Bryce Wilson (Groove Theory), R Kelly, Genuine, Chris Webber (Philadelphia 76ers), Gary Sheffield (New York Yankees), Jessie Armstead (formerly New York Giants),Biz Markie, Kid Capri, Remy Martin sponsored events, Cancun All-Star Fiesta, clothing lines Pelle Pelle, Akademiks, FUBU, GQ magazine and the list goes on.For many years, Chase has rocked at many of New York’s most frequented night Clubs. Where each night professionals, the general public and entertainers alike would come and escape, listening to the nonstop music he provided. His strong musical background and an ear for the next big thing kept the patrons returning again and again. So when a rare opening presented itself, he seized it and became the DJ for Mark Cuban and the Dallas Mavericks in the 2000-2001 season. Dallas, Texas was a good judgment call for Chase, here he had the chance to work for Radio One Inc. at 97.9 FM, The Beat, where he commanded his own mix show called the “Five O’clock Free Ride,†and a four hour mix show on Sunday’s titled “Digging in the Crates.†Chase not one to sit around when opportunities for advancement of the team a raises he dedicated himself to learning and went on to produced the Russ Parr morning show. As the Mix Show Coordinator Chase gave life to new music, breaking ground for fresh talent.Continuing under the Radio One Inc. umbrella, Chase relocated to Detroit, MI to serve as Programming Assistant on 105.9 FM.Chase possesses a dynamic ear for music that is rare.
